Ziegler Textil GmbH: New ERP project IX FUSION Best Practice.

The company Ziegler Textil GmbH has already been producing functional authority clothing, industrial safety clothing and outdoor clothing for more than 20 years. They also have private labels and during the development of innovative garments or functional solutions, they take the individual CI requirements (corporate identity) into account for the customers. All products are planned and designed in their German headquarter in Lautenbach (BW).
Since 2019, Ziegler considers bundling all processes into a new ERP environment. Therefore, the owner-operated family enterprise requires a flexible, integrated system, which accompanies the production and sales process. After a brief evaluation process, they decided to work with the IX FUSION solution from INTEX. Eventually, INTEX was able to assert itself against competitors in the selection process.
The new solution will be used as a cloud solution “best practice”, including a DATEV connection and a checkout possibility on a tablet for factory sales. In 2021, the administration trainings started and were followed by first workshops. Step by step, more IX FUSION modules will be filled with master data and will be used.

The Ziegler family and INTEX had an active communication in the bidding phase already, orienting on the “realistic” implementation of the project. Since the beginning of the year, both parties are involved in executing the go-live on time and in budget with high engagement.
