With Fresh-Up we analyse the entire IT landscape of your company and the correct use of our software. The current situation is compared with the originally defined processes and it is determined to what extent there is congruence. As with our training program, we divide the analysis into four thematic blocks: Purchasing and product development, sales and production, shipping and invoicing as well as returns and inventory.
During the fresh-up, we determine whether the knowledge of your employees is still sufficient or whether additional training is required. This would be the case, for example, if the processes were not coordinated, if the know-how was distributed and only passed on on demand; or if trained employees held other positions in the meantime and the new users were not trained enough or not at all. The result is always the same: The system is not used efficiently.
